We want to join with at least 50 and hopefully more than 100 homeowner to purchase solar panels for installation in or near Tempe, Arizona! We are members of the homeowners association for the Tempe Lakes subdivision and we are extending this Group Purchase Project to neighborhoods within 20 miles of our neighborhood. We will consider homeowners outside the 20 mile limit, but extra delivery costs will apply.

Due to the recession many of us have not yet recovered fully. Money is tight and energy cost savings are needed. Another problem is not only the financial cost of our dependence on foreign energy suppliers but also the national security risk of our country not achieving energy dependence.

We, in the Tempe Lakes subdivision want to do our part to help the U.S. achieve energy dependence by increasing the number of homes adopting renewable energy systems available through solar panel installation.

If we can get 50 households involved in the Group Purchase, we believe we can get the price of the solar panels down to $3 per foot.

If we can get 100 households involved in the Group Purchase, we believe we can get the price of the solar panels down to $2.25 per foot.

Is there any solar installation expert out there who would volunteer to guide us in this purchase?

Do you have any leads to information on what neighborhood associations or communities are doing around the world to Group Purchase solar panels? Do you have any ideas about how to get the word out about our project?

We need referrals to reputable companies here and abroad who manufacture solar panels and would be willing and able to handle a large purchase. Do you know of any solar panel manufacturers that you trust?

We would like to connect with a Veteran Green Team to do the solar panel installation for us. We know they give a good price for the quality of service they provide. We also want to support our troops now that they are home.

When you sign on to the bidding project we will need a $250 down payment on your solar panels so that we are assured that you are fully committed before we make the purchase.
