Do you have a behavior that you have been wanting to change either in yourself or in someone you know? If so, come learn how to identify the limiting beliefs and the pesky life patterns that may be getting in the away of making meaningful behavior changes. Please come with an idea of a behavior you would like to have changed. In this class we will practice applying the various change techniques to real life examples.
