The Gardens @ ASU

Description: The Gardens @ ASU is a group of organic gardeners who are looking to learn by doing. They manage the vegetable gardens, herb garden and other edible plants on campus. Members of The Gardens @ ASU have access to their own gardening space at on the Tempe campus. The Gardens @ ASU is a part of the ASU Arboretum.

Welcome to The Gardens at ASU, ASU’s organic gardening club. We are partners with the ASU Aboretum.

Our mission is to learn by doing. We accomplish our mission by practicing sustainable gardening methods and welcoming members who have various levels of experience. Anyone can join us!

We use the square foot method of plant spacing and water-efficient irrigation to work on our site, and we take advantage of natural weed and pest solutions to ensure the health of our plants. We partner with ASU and Singh Farms to compost our green waste, which we use to nourish our plants.
