Youth Volunteer Interest Form

Thank you for Wanting to Share Your Time, Your Skills and Your Talents to Help Your Community! Our Youth Volunteer Interest Form is for anyone under 18 years of age who would like to volunteer to help. Together We Can Make a Positive Difference in the World! Simply fill out this form and we will send you Volunteer Opportunities that match your interests & location.
  • Please Select all That Apply. You can select many options by left clicking with your mouse while holding down the control key (or Tilde key (~) on an Apple computer). If that does not work, you may write us a note in the comment section below.
  • How would you like to help? Do you have a "Dream Volunteer Job"? What are your favorite skills to use or talents to share? Do you have specialized knowledge, abilities or training that would be helpful to your community? Everyone can help! All skills are needed! 🙂
  • We would like to find you a Volunteer Opportunity that is near you so that it is convenient to help. If you live in a state other than Arizona where we are based, please include the name of your state also.
  • If you are under 18 years of age, you are welcome to volunteer. 🙂 Please get your parent's permission before signing up to volunteer and please access only the "Youth Volunteer" sections of this website. Please invite your friends to join. Please Share this Your Volunteer Interest Form via your Social Media Channels. All Teen Volunteers and other Youth Volunteers (12 & under) are welcome to volunteer.
    Please Note: Some volunteer opportunities at nonprofits will only be available if you are accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older who will be responsible for you. If you do not have someone to volunteer with you we will connect you with organizations that would like to host youth volunteers. IMPORTANT: Your Parent is Responsible for Picking Volunteer Opportunities that are Safe for You. CommunityCause.org is an online listing service only We post volunteer opportunities. We do not screen nonprofits or other organizations that say they need youth volunteers. It is important to get your parent's permission before accepting any youth volunteer opportunity, just to be safe. NEVER meet with anyone you meet on the internet without your parent's permission. Always take your parent or other responsible adult with you, especially when you meet someone new for a youth volunteer opportunity.
