Marketing on Behalf of all Participating Animal Rescues——–>
All animal rescues post information on their website and put it on their recorded message so that the public knows that this free online resource is available——–>

A. Animal Intake Form Filled Out——–>

1. Animal Social Workers strive to solve whatever issue is preventing them from keeping the animal. They push the “Request for Help” down the appropriate “Request for Help” channels on the CommunityCause.org website. They reach out for assistance from the community volunteers helping with CommunityCause.org

2. Alerts put out through the relevant projects: Request for Pet Food, Request for Free Animal Behavior Help, Request for an Emergency Foster (If a person just needs a short term place to keep the animal before the animal is returned to the family).

3. Animal Intake Form & Picture of Animal is put on Petfinder.com A simultaneous adoption track is opened up in case the animal problem cannot be solved.

B. Animal Intake into a Participating Animal Rescue

1. Participating Animal Rescues are instantly alerted that a specific animal needs to be re-homed. Participating Animal Rescue subscribe to follow the animal rescue projects relevant to them.

2. Social Media Lover community volunteers begin to market that the animal is available.

3. If a Participating Animal Rescue intakes the animal they will receive financial assistance to get the animal spayed & neutered. They will also continue to receive assistance in marketing the animal’s availability for adoption.

C. Lost Animal Intake Form——–>

1. Intake Form is filled out and the animal instantly follows 2 tracks.

a. The Animal is posted on the relevant Lost Animal websites and the local participating organizations, especially those that assist lost animals, are immediately alerted.

b. The Animal is posted on an adoption site with a notation that the animal will be available for adoption within 2 weeks if the animal’s family is not located. A website such as Petfinder.com can be used for this purpose, thus creating a “Virtual Shelter” where all “Found” animals are posted for the animal’s family to search to find them.

2. —–>Stray Safe House–These are “floating” volunteers that have subscribed to follow projects allowing them to help foster an animal “in a pinch” when an animal has been found in an area and rescues are actively striving to locate the animal’s family. This allows animal rescues who know they can help the animal but do not currently have foster home or kennel space for the animal. It gives the animal rescue the ability to “flex” their capacity temporarily. Just send in a “Request for Help” to put out an immediate alert to potential Stray Safe Houses.

——————————————————-Big Idea Project————————————————–
When someone has an interesting plan that they believe would solve a Social or Environmental problem, it is called a “Big Idea” (B.I.) project. A Big Idea project is posted when people would like to get ideas on how to make the idea even stronger and receive feedback on the potential pros/cons, costs/benefits, and (un)intended consequences that may occur if the idea were to be implemented. You can help by giving helpful feedback on the Big Ideas that are proposed. This “Big Idea” may then move forward to become a Community Goal, a Community Project, a Crowdsourcing Request, a Community Engagement project or any of the other types of projects that create something new in our community. Let’s use the power or crowdsourcing to make the idea even better! Thanks for your help!
