    “Managing the Marketing & Contact Management of Your Major Events: Inviting the Right People at the Right Time”
    Your major event is one of the most labor intensive / expensive effort in your budget. It is also your first introduction to many new contacts. Are you managing the marketing and contact development part of the event with as much intensity as you manage the fund raise? Come hear from one of your target market describe techniques for optimizing contact management, new prospect experience, and board engagement. As a community board member, Larry Lytle has been involved in the nonprofit community since the early 90’s. He has chaired numerous events and been board chair of numerous charities.

    Late last year Arizona Purses of Hope gathered 153 slightly used purses filled with essential needs for women in need in the Northern Arizona area of Cottonwood/Camp Verde/Sedona/Rimrock/Lake Montezuma. These purses were given to two local organizations in time for Christmas. In the Spring another 27 filled purses were given to an organization in Flagstaff. We will be gathering filled purses again this coming December. See Facebook – Arizona Purses of Hope for more information.     This group offers free lectures and networking opportunities at their monthly meetings. Meetings are held at ICAN, an organization that provides positive programs for youth. The address is 650 East Morelos Street, Chandler, Arizona 85225. The phone number is 480-821-4207.

    The schedule is as follows: 11:00-12:00 Networking and brown bag lunch. Drinks are provided.
