ECO is open to partnerships and collaboration on like-mission grant proposals. ECO is open to sponsorship for events, both in-kind & cash donations.
Volunteers: We always have need for volunteers at our community drop-off recycling facility (Tuesday/Thursday/Saturdays 8 a.m. to NOON); we sometimes have special events for which we could use help periodically throughout the year (e.g. Desert Cleanups, Household Hazardous Waste & Tire Recycling Events).
Volunteer Mentors Needed: Adult mentors who have patience and desire to guide at-risk youth in vocational skills (Appliance & electronics repair (and dis-assembly), jewelry making, wood-working, metal-working, soldering, marketing, customer service) that can be learned and practiced at our recycling facility (Maricopa, AZ); currently needed for Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (8 a.m. to Noon). Background checks required and fingerprint cards preferred.
