    Thank you for caring about the Cats of Maricopa County, Arizona. This is the “Cat Euthanasia List Rescue Project”. Here is today’s list of Cats needing help!

    *****Please share what action has been take by you or by your animal rescue group. This will help keep us all informed & updated on the current status of the rescue effort for each specific Cat Case.

Deadline: We have until ??? time to find a solution for these cats.

The entire Cat Euthanasia list would be copied & pasted here for all to see and work on in one place.

Step #1—Please view the Cat Euthanasia List below to see if you or your group are able to take any action that could be helpful to saving each specific cat.

Step #2—If you have taken any action to help any specific Cat Case, please let us know us via the “Share Information & Resources” comment section below. If you have any information or resources that would help to save the life of that specific Cat, please also leave a comment. Please reference the kennel number, your name, the animal’s name (if known), any animal rescue group affiliation and any specific action that you have taken to help this animal. Examples of comment updates below:

Cat Case–Kennel #?????:

Comment: Sharon from Fluffy Cat Rescue evaluated the cat named “Cutie Pie” in Kennel #????? for temperament today. This cat is very sweet, just very stressed.

Comment: Kim from Caring for Cats Shelter can take the cat named “Cutie Pie” in Kennel #????? but needs a 3 day short term foster until one of our own opens up. Can anyone help?

Comment: Jim from Mesa Cat Sanctuary has extra room at his Chandler Petco adoption day, if you want to bring the cat named “Cutie Pie” in Kennel #?????. I cannot take her in but I may have an interested adopter that is looking for this specific type of cat. I think it will be a good match.

Comment: Cody from Chandler Cat House has a good vet who has offered to help at a very reduced price of $400 for the eye surgery for the cat named “Cutie Pie” in Kennel #?????

Comment: Jane from Calling All Cats Rescue will send interested adopter’s to Jim from Mesa Cat Sanctuary’s Chandler Petco adoption day this Saturday to see the cat named “Cutie Pie” in Kennel #?????, if you have her there. We do not have any cats that currently match the needs of these potential adopters.

Comment: Clare from CommunityCause.org has put out a “Request for Help” to people following our “On Call Emergency Foster Home Project” to see if anyone will help the cat named “Cutie Pie” in Kennel #????? I will let you know if anyone replies to help for even 24, 48 or 72 hours. I have asked for assistance from the community volunteers helping with the Social Media Lovers for a Cause Helping Cats project and also the Armchair Animal Rescuers Helping Cats project. They will help get the word out via social media. We are also willing to help open a “Helping Hand Project” to help raise the money needed for Cutie Pie’s eye surgery.

Comment: Sarah from Helping Cats Find Homes will be picking up the cat named “Cutie Pie” in Kennel #????? at 5 PM today. An Emergency Foster Home was found through the CommunityCause.org website. This community volunteer foster home had a home visit done last month by Friends of Cats and the setting will be perfect for Cutie Pie’s recovery from surgery. Cutie Pie will be at Jim from Mesa Cat Sanctuary’s Chandler Petco adoption day this Saturday from 1-5PM.

Comment: Sarah from Helping Cats Find Homes just picked up the cat named “Cutie Pie” in Kennel #????? She is sitting safely beside me purring in her kennel! This kitty is safe now! Thanks everyone for your help! Now we just need to raise the money for Cutie Pie’s surgery. I will open a “Helping Hand Project” on CommunityCause.org tonight. I will post the link to the project here and on Facebook. Will you all please ask your volunteers to use their social media networks to get the word out about Cutie Pie’s “Helping Hand Project” to fund her surgery?

Comment: Jane from Calling All Cats Rescue just put out an email blast to our volunteers to help the fundraising campaign for the cat named “Cutie Pie” from Kennel #?????

Comment: Cody from Chandler Cat House just emailed a kind lady who loves helping calico kitties. I sent her the link to “Helping Hand Project” fundraising campaign for the cat named “Cutie Pie” from Kennel #????? She is often willing to donate to help.

Comment: Sarah from Helping Cats Find Homes wants to give an update on The cat named “Cutie Pie” from Kennel #????? Thanks to Cody from Chandler Cat House’s calico kitty loving donor, the fundraising campaign was a success! Cutie Pie from Kennel #????? just had her surgery and is recuperating nicely. Looks like we have a happy ending for Cutie Pie. Jane from Calling All Cats Rescue sent interested adopter’s to Jim from Mesa Cat Sanctuary’s Chandler Petco adoption and one of them is a great adopt match for her. It is a real love match! Thanks to everyone who helped!

Note: We at CommunityCause.org strive to keep track of the community impact we are all having. This will give us documented data when writing grants that help to support all animal rescues participating in this “Cat Euthanasia List Rescue Project”. We will have the numbers and the evidence of how well all animal rescues are working together to save animals.

Step #3—Comments are posted as they come in. They are date stamped. If you are new to helping on this project, there will be a delay before you see your comment posted because all comments are moderated. CommunityCause.org is 100% Volunteer Run and community volunteers are working as fast as they can. Please be patient! The Community volunteers helping with this website are working as fast as they can. Please Note: The CommunityCause.org website is to used to “Share Information & Resources”. There are plenty of social media channels for complaints, chit chat or commentary on the situation. Only comments that provide useful information for solving the cat case and saving cats lives will be posted. This will save everyone a lot of time.

Step #4—If you are interested in saving the life of a specific cat You can “Open a Project” for that specific cat. That way you can let others know that someone is working on that particular Cat Case and request help if you would like to work with others who may be able to offer information or resources to help you save the cat.You would “Open a Project” by contacting us via the “Share Information & Resources” comment section below. It would look like this:

Step #2—Subscribe to Follow the “Cat Euthanasia List Rescue Project” page below, but use the arrow to select the “Replies to My Comments” option. That way you will only be notified when new information comes in on the Cat Case Projects that you yourself have opened. If you prefer to receive instant email updates on the status of all the Cat Cases on this “Cat Euthanasia List Rescue Project” page then simply leave the Subscribe to Follow option on “All”.

Step #5—Once an animal rescuer “Opens a Project” As comments come in the community volunteers begin to mobilize. Please always send in your information & resources as a “Reply” to the original comment posted by the animal rescuer when they “Opened a Case for that particular cat. That way the person who opened the case will receive an instant email update when you or others send in a response about that specific Cat. The community volunteers helping with the CommunityCause.org website use the many resources and website features hosted on this web platform to assist you or your organization in getting you what you need in order to save the Cat. They assist you in finding solutions.

Step #6—Community volunteers helping with the CommunityCause.org website will copy & paste comments under the specific Cat Case Kennel Number. Comments will be “curated” for your convenience and for faster response. It will look like what you saw in the “See Comment Samples” description above where all comments that came in for a specific Cat Case were listed under that specific Cat Case Kennel Number. Community volunteers will curate the comments every few hours and leave a note at the bottom of this project page to note the time & date the “Cat Euthanasia List Rescue Project” was last curated. If quite some time has passed since a “curation” was done then you will know to look in the “Share Information & Resources” comment section below for the most recent comment posts. As always, doing control “F” and then doing a search for the particular Cat Case Kennel Number will help you to see all of the current and past comments posted on that specific Cat.
