Welcome to the Adopt a Dog “Help Desk” and Concierge Service (tips coming soon!) Thank you for wanting to help Adopt a Rescue Dog or Puppy. We are testing this Matching Service for Dogs & Puppies for adopters in Maricopa County or Pinal County, Arizona and hope to expand to all counties in Arizona soon. (Please Note: CommunityCause.org is a new web platform and many of the links are under construction. Thanks for your patience! We are a 100% Volunteer Run website and our community volunteers are working as fast as they can. 🙂

There are several options that will help you in your search.

      On this page you will find the Breed Request Matching Service for Dogs & Puppies. This is a Free service. Simply fill out the “Request for Help” form below and you will receive assistance in finding the perfect Rescue Dog to adopt that will enrich your life. The more information you give us the more we are able to help! Please be specific about any preferences that you have so that we can find the proper placement for a perfect match and a Furr-ever home.

    • Please list any specific details about the type of Dog or Puppy that you prefer such as color, length of hair, special markings and anything else you would like us to help you look for in a Dog or Puppy.

    • Are you willing to accept a Dog or Puppy with a Health Issue or a Special Need?

      If not, please skip this question.

      If so, please describe and be specific. This will help with the placement of this animal. Do you have previous experience in helping this type of animal?

      This helps us find the best placement for the Dog or Puppy.

      Are there any behaviors that you can accept and/or have experience in dealing with? Please click on any preferences for behaviors you prefer in a Dog or Puppy.

    • Please be specific about the age, gender and type of people, (Seniors, Children, Babies) this Dog or Puppy will be expected to interact with.

    • Please be specific about the type, breed, size and gender of the animals this Dog or Puppy will be expected to interact with.

    • Please check to make sure that you have accurately typed in your email address. It is helpful if you give us more than one email that you check frequently. It is also helpful if you leave one or two email addresses of the people who always know how to reach you. Once we find a solution for the animal we may need to move fast!

    • Please list as many contact numbers as you can. It is also helpful if you leave one or two phone numbers of the people who always know how to reach you. Once we find a solution for the animal we may need to move fast!

    • When is the best time to reach you directly. Do you have a preferred mode of communication: phone, email of text?

    • We strive to find perfect matches at Animal Rescue that are located near you. Please be sure to give us your city and the largest, well known cross streets near to where you live. You may also want to include how many miles from home you are willing to travel to meet the perfect match.

    • Please let us know if there is a specific deadline. We are all volunteers and we strive to help as fast as we can. We just need to know if there is deadline to making the perfect match.

    • Please let us know any any other information that will be helpful in finding a perfect match of a Rescue Dog or Puppy for your home.

      For instance, are there types of activities that the Dog or Puppy will be expected to participate in with you? Do you have previous experience with this breed of Dog? What draws you to this breed of Dog?
